| A2Z Maintenance and Engineering Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter (Q2) and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the "trading window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for the directors / officers/ designated employees of the Company in accordance with Clause 10 of the Companys "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" from November 06, 2014 till the completion of 24 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter (Q2) ended on September 30, 2014 are approved by the Board and made public. | |
