A2Z Maintenance and Engineering Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, are as follows:<br/><br/>1. Mr. Rajesh Jain has been designated as new Chief Executive Officer (KMP) of the Company effective from August 14, 2014.<br/><br/>2. The Board has recommended "A2Z Employee Stock Option Plan, 2014" for the employees/directors of the Company and its Subsidiary Companies subject to necessary approval of the members of the Company in their ensuing Annual General Meeting.
