Aarti Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 05, 2015, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend @ Rs. 3/- (60%) per share for the financial year 2015-2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has informed that the aforesaid Interim Dividend will be dispatch to registered members of the Company on November 19, 2015.
