Aban Offshore Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 16, 2015 to September 23, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 23, 2015.<BR><BR>Dividend if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, the same shall be paid commencing from September 25, 2015 but will be completed within the statutory time, as required.
