The Exchange had sought clarification from ABB India Ltd with respect to news appearing in The Financial Express on April 30, 2015 titled "ABB in pacts with Wipro, IBM and British Telecom."<BR><BR>ABB India Ltd replied stating "We wish to clarify that the aforesaid press release is made by ABB Group and not by ABB India Limited. Hence the requirement of fulfilling Clause 36 by ABB India Limited doesn't arise."
