ABC India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2014, inter alia, taken the following Decisions, subject wherever applicable to approval of members at Annual General Meeting/Postal Ballot:<br/><br/>1. Re-appointment of Shri. Ashish Agarwal as Managing Director for a period of 3 years w.e.f. August 01, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Proposing approvals u/s 180(1)(a) and 180 (1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>3. Alteration of Objects, Liability and Capital Clauses in the Memorandum of Association of the Company.<br/><br/>4. Delisting of Company's Equity Shares from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited.
