ABG Shipyard Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2015, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 and audited consolidated Financial Results after consolidation of the Financials of the Subsidiary i.e. Western India Shipyard Limited for the Financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, including all amendments thereof, and the Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window will remain closed for all Designated Employees from August 05, 2015 to August 14, 2015 (inclusive of both days).
