Adoption of Whistle blower Policy/ Vigil Mechanism of the Company.<br/><br/>3. Constitution of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee<br/><br/>4. Renaming and Reconstitution of various Committees of the Board.<br/><br/>5. Appointment of Secretarial Auditors for the Financial year 2014-15.
