ABM Knowledgeware Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from October 12, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive). Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Director) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
