ACC LTD. - Updates on Dividend Payment Date

With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 03, 2015, wherein the Company had mentioned that the dividend if approved by the Members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting slated to be held on March 20, 2015 would be paid to the Members of the Company on and from March 26, 2015, ACC Ltd has now informed BSE that it would be possible for the Company to pay this dividend on and from March 24, 2015 instead.<BR>
