ACC Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from March 14, 2012 to March 28, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on March 28, 2012. The dividend will be payable on and from April 03, 2012.
