ACC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 24, 2014, inter alia, has approved payment of an interim dividend at the rate of Rs. 15/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each as compared to the interim dividend of Rs. 11/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each paid in 2013. The dividend will be paid on and from August 08, 2014.
