ACC Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. M. L. Narula, Director has stepped down from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from July 25, 2014 as he would be approaching the retirement age and would like to reduce his Board level commitments.<br/><br/>Mr. Narula has been associated with the Company for five decades in various senior positions including that of a Wholetime Director of the Company and thereafter as Managing Director from 2002 till March 2007 before he was appointed as a Director on the ACC Board with effect from April 01, 2007.
