With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 10, 2015 regarding Notice of for Sale of Shares by Promoter, Accel Limited ("Seller"), a part of the promoter Group of Accel Frontline Ltd has now informed BSE that the Floor Price for the Sale in terms of the SEBI OFS Circular shall be INR 75/- (Rupees Seventy Five only) per Equity Share of Accel Frontline Limited.
