Accel Frontline Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting of the Company will be held on August 04, 2015, inter-alia to consider the Un-Audited Financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further it has been decided that the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from July 15, 2015 and will re-open on August 05, 2015 in accordance with dealing in the securities of the Company as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
