| ACE Software Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016 of the Company for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>- Closure of Trading Window<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of Ace Software Exports Limited, Company has informed all the "Connected persons", "Directors" and "Designated employees" and concerned persons that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from 6:00 p.m. on May 18, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on May 30, 2016. | |
