| ACE Software Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Independent Directors of the Company was held on March 12, 2015, inter alia, has considered the following agendas:<BR><BR>1. Review the performance of non-independent directors and the Board as a whole;<BR><BR>2. Review the performance of the Chairperson of the Company, taking into account the views of executive directors and non-executive directors;<BR><BR>3. Assess the quality, quantity and timeliness of flow of information between to Company management and the Board that is necessary for the Board to effectively and reasonably perform their duties;<BR><BR>4. To discuss and decide about the familiarization of independent director program, conducted by the Company and also views of the independent directors on the familiarization program. | |
