ACE Software Exports Ltd has informed BSE that SEBI has recently introduced the securities and exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ('Regulation') to come into effect from 15 May, 2015.<BR><BR>The Board has adopted the following codes to be effective from May 15, 2015 through Circular Resolution on May 14, 2015.<BR><BR>a. Code of Practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information.<BR><BR>b. Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its employees and other connected persons.
