ACI Infocom Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>- To approve the Un-audited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the "Code of Conduct" formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will be closed from February 03, 2017 till forty-eight hours after the date of declaration of results for Directors, KMP, Officers and Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives.
