Acknit Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December, 2016.<BR><BR>In this connection as per Company's Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the trading window will remain closed for all the Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company from February 03, 2017 and would open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public i.e. on February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive).
