Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI ( Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby give you Notice that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday , 14th November 2017 inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September, 2017.<BR> In this connection as per Company's Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the trading window will remain closed for all the Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company from 6th November 2017 and would open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public i.e. on November 14,2017 (both days inclusive).<BR>
