Acknit Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>1. Audited Financial Results for the Quarter / Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To recommend final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading , the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees and Connected Persons of the Company from May 18, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
