| Acknit Industries Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20(3)(vii) of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2011 including any amendment made thereto, the Company has fixed September 14, 2015 as the cutoff date to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their votes electronically at the 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company which is scheduled to be held on September 21, 2015.<BR><BR>Consequently, the said cut-off date of September 14, 2015 would be the same to record the entitlement of the shareholders, who would not east their voles electronically, to cast their vote at the 25th Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>The Company would be availing e-voting services of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). | |
