Acrow India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 02, 2015 to September 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 08, 2015.<BR><BR>Pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, all business, set out in the Notice, may be transacted by electronic voting. The voting through electronic means begins at 10:00 hours on September 04, 2015 and ends at 17:00 hours on September 07, 2015. The e-Voting shall not be allowed beyond the aforesaid date and time.
