Pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as approved and implemented by the Company in pursuance of the SEBI Prohibition (Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, please note that the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company will remain closed from November 4, 2017 to November 12, 2017 (both days inclusive).<BR> <BR> This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on Friday, November 10, 2017.
