Acrysil Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 40% on Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- for the year ended March 31, 2015, subject to the approval of the members at ensuing Annual General Meeting.
