| This is to inform you that the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 11.30 a.m. at Arvali Golf Club, New Industrial Township (NIT), Faridabad, Haryana -121001('the meeting')<BR> <BR> Further, Pursuant to the section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, September 22, 2017 to Friday, September 29, 2017 (both days inclusive) and Friday, September 22, 2017 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and to ascertain the entitlement of the members of the Company for the payment of dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2016-17.<BR> <BR> As per section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the rules 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) rules 2014 and regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, the company is pleased to provide to its members the facility to cast their vote(s) on all resolutions set forth in the notice by electronic means ('e-voting').
