Action Construction Equipment Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors has fixed the September 18, 2015 as cut-off date for the purpose of determining the entitlement for voting at the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company (F.Y. 2014-15).<BR><BR>The Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 25, 2015 at 11.00 am at Arvali Golf Club, New Industrial Township (NIT), Faridabad, Haryana - 121001.<BR><BR>The e-voting will start from September 21, 2015 (9.00 A.M.) to September 24, 2015 (5.00 P.M.).
