Ad-Manum Finance Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992 the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 17, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is schedule to held on May 29, 2015 to consider and approve, among others, Audited Financial Results for the year/quarter ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>All the designated directors and Employees were advised not to deal in the Shares and securities of the Company during this period.
