The Exchange has sought clarification from Adani Enterprises Ltd with respect to news article appearing in The Economic Times on October 14, 2014 titled "NDTV Shares Soars on Buzz Adani Group's Eyeing Stake."<br/><br/>Adani Enterprises Ltd, vide its letter dated October 15, 2014, has clarified to BSE that as under :<br/><br/>"The Company keeps the exchange informed about events, information etc. including price sensitive information in accordance with regulatory requirements. In the present case, we do not have any important information/announcement to be shared."
