Adani Power Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 16, 2015, has <BR>approved the proposal to divest the Company's holding of 90.91% Equity shares in Adani Transmission (India) Ltd. to Adani Transmission Ltd, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Ltd. subject to requisite approvals, if any.
