| ADC India Communications Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 27, 2015, have declared a Special one time Interim Dividend of Rs. 29/- (Rupees Twenty Nine only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>The payment of the interim dividend shall commence on and from April 17, 2015 and within 30 days of declaration of Interim Dividend, as provided in the Companies Act, 2013. | |
