Adf Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, had recommended a dividend @ Rs. 1.5/- per share subject to approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2015 has fixed the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting as September 23, 2015. Accordingly, the Dividend payment date will be on or before October 20, 2015.
