| Adf Foods Ltd has informed BSE that in the Board Meeting held on August 11, 2014, M/s. Kalyaniwalla and Mistry, Chartered Accountants, have been appointed as the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 (Five) years from the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on September 24, 2014. The said appointment is subject to members approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company and the same shall be ratified by members in every Annual General Meeting. | |
