Adhunik Metaliks Ltd has informed BSE that the results of the voting conducted through Postal Ballot (including e-voting) for seeking members approval on the Scheme of Amalgamation under Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act 1956 of Zion Steel Limited and Adhunik Metaliks Limited with Orissa Manganese and Minerals Limited and their respective shareholders, as detailed in the Notice dated March 10, 2014 and completed dispatch to all the members of the Company on March 13, 2014 was declared on April 19, 2014 by the Chairman of the Company, on the basis of report submitted by CS Deepak Kumar Khaitan, Scrutinizer appointed by the Board.
