Adhunik Metaliks Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to discuss, consider, approve and take on record the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Code of Internal! Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders adopted by the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for Directors and designated employees of the Company from the close of business hours of February 06, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results to the Stock Exchanges on February 12, 2016.
