Adi Finechem Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Committee of Directors of the Company will be held on July 11, 2014, to consider and make allotment of Bonus Shares in the proportion of 1 (One) new equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every 10 (Ten) existing fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, as approved by shareholders at its 29th Annual General Meeting held on June 30, 2014.
