| Adi Finechem Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Rajen N. Jhaveri has been working with the Company since last more than 19 months as Vice President and Company Secretary. Though he was not specifically designated as Chief Financial Officer, the entire function of finance was also under him only. Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 has specifically provided that Company must appoint Chief Financial Officer and he should be so designated also. To comply with this requirement of new act, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 11, 2014 has re-designated Mr. Rajen N. Jhaveri as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. | |
