Adi Finechem Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider and adopt the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the applicable regulations of Insider Trading Regulations, the "Trading Window" for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for Directors / Designated persons of the Company from July 20, 2015 to July 28, 2015 (both days inclusive).
