Adi Finechem Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 29, 2016, inter alia, to consider and adopt the Audited Financial Results for the year and quarter ended March 31, 2016, (b) consider recommendation of dividend on Equity Shares of the Company, (c) any other business with the permission of the Chair.<BR><BR>Further in accordance with the applicable clauses of Insider Trading Regulations, the "Trading Window" for dealing in equity shares shall remain closed of the Company for Directors /Designated persons of the Company from April 22, 2016 to April 30, 2016 (both days inclusive).
