Adi Finechem Ltd has informed BSE that Board of Directors, at its Meeting held on August 12, 2013, has proposed to delist 1,25,40,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company (Scrip Code 24855) from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange only.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that the said Equity Shares will remain listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (Scrip Code- 530117) which has nationwide trading terminals.
