Adi Rasayan Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, to consider and discuss the following items:<BR><BR>1. To take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To accept the resignation of Mr. Mandar Palav as a Director of the Company.<BR><BR>3. To accept the resignation of Mr. Lalji Yadav as a Director of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, the closure of trading window from May 21, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and the same will re-open on May 31, 2015 for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of insider Trading" of the Company.
