Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, Rules related thereto and Listing Agreement with Stock Exchanges in respect of appointment of Woman Director in the Board of Directors of Listed Company, the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Ms. Preeti Gupta as an Additional Director of the Company, in the capacity of non-independent, nonexecutive Director, liable to retire by rotation, to hold office upto the date of next annual General Meeting of the Company through Resolution by Circulation dated March 12, 2015.
