Aditya Birla Money Ltd has informed BSE that that as per the Company's Code of Conduct formulated pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors and all employees of the Company from October 01, 2015 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2015 to the public (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>Accordingly, all directors and employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
