| Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2014 have approved allotment of 28624 (Twenty eight thousand six hundred and twenty four) Equity Shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006). The said 28624 Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.<br/><br/>Consequent to the above allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from 130084972 to 130113596 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of 10/- each aggregating to 130,11,35,960/- (Rupees One hundred and thirty crore eleven lacs thirty five thousand nine hundred and sixty). | |
