| Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2014, inter alia, has considered the following:<br/><br/>A. Subject to the approval of the shareholders<br/><br/>i) Appointment of Mr. Lalit Naik as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. July 01, 2014, in place of Dr. Rakesh Jain, whose term as the Managing Director of the Company expires on June 30, 2014; Dr. Rakesh Jain will also cease to be the<br/>Director of the Company;<br/><br/>ii) Appointment of SRBC and Co., LLP as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2014-15, in place of S. R. Batliboi and Co. LLP who have expressed their unwillingness to be re-appointed as the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company. | |
