Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has on April 26, 2016 served the termination notice to Sharepro Services (India) Private Limited (Sharepro), the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has appointed Karvy Computershare Private Limited (Karvy), having its office at Karvy Selenium Tower B, Plot 31-32, Gachibowli, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad - 500 032 as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company with effect from April 26, 2016.<BR><BR>Sharepro will however continue to act as the RTA of the Company till such time the database and electronic connectivity is shifted to Karvy, details of which will be communicated separately.
