With reference to earlier letter dated April 26, 2016, about service of termination notice to Sharepro Services (India) Private Limited ("Sharepro") and appointment of Karvy Computershare Private Limited ("Karvy"), as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited ("the Company"), Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has now informed BSE that database and electronic connectivity from National Securities Depositories Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository and Securities Limited (CDSL), relating to the securities of the Company have been shifted from Sharepro to Karvy.
