Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2016, inter-alia, have approved the following:<BR><BR>- Recommended a dividend of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
