Aditya Consumer Marketing Limited has informed BSE that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2017, inter alia, to transact the following business:<BR> <BR> 1.To consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the Half year ended on September 30, 2017;<BR> <BR> 2.To review the operations of the Company, and<BR> <BR> 3.Any other business that may deem necessary with the permission of the chair.<BR> <BR> Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from November 07, 2017 to November 16, 2017(both days inclusive).
